Terms and Conditions ekplus8 – Platform Usage Guidelines

By registering, accessing, or using the ekplus8 platform in any way, you hereby agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a player ("Member") and ekplus8 as the platform operator. This agreement takes effect immediately upon completing the registration process or clicking the "I Agree" button during registration.

Ekplus8 will not be held liable for:

• Losses resulting from technical disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the player's own negligence or actions.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to a security failure on your part.

Ekplus8's liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount of funds in your account at the time of the relevant incident.

Termination by Player

You may close your ekplus8 account at any time by contacting our customer support. Prior to closure, all applicable bonus requirements must be fulfilled, or the bonuses will be forfeited. Eligible balances will be returned in accordance with standard procedures.
